Nothing can be done without money. Competent legal counsel has been retained at fair hourly rates and has been instrumental in our successes to date.  Each mailing to area residents costs more than $1000.00. There are costs for signs, postage, the website, printing and copies, our own engineering studies, legal counsel at public meetings, meeting expenses with commissioners and other efforts. We've proven we can make an impact and be successful in meeting YOUR lifestyle and goals.  We have set up a corporation and a bank account to manage the funds that will be used to fight this development and represent the interests all affected residents and the community, generally. Homeowners have typically been submitting contributions of $500.00 to support this effort.  But whatever you consider appropriate is appreciated and will be used to accomplish our goals.  If you live along Buford Dam Rd. or on the golf course, please consider the level of contribution relative to the certain direct impact on your property value and lifestyle concerns and the positive results we hope to achieve.
