Neighborhood Leads

ATTENTION HOA PRESIDENTS & BOARD MEMBERS!

If you are a board member on a Home Owner's Association
within the immediate area of the golf course, please contact us.
We need your help with communications of activities and updates to the residents in your subdivision.

With so much information coming in that needs to be shared with so many people, we have created a task force group called, "Neighbor Leads." This group is just as the name implies: individuals who have volunteered to help "spread the word" about our cause.

As a Neighbor Lead, you will received inside information as it becomes available. You'll also be given direction on what information needs to be shared with others, and the best means for distributing that information.

Here is a quick list of typical tasks we ask Neighbor Leads to assist with:

Distributing Flyers. You can give these to people you meet or arrange to place them on the outside of mailboxes in your designated area. Just keep a handful with you so that wherever you may be, you can hand them out.
Gathering Signatures. We do have petitions and other initiatives and proposals that require the gathering of signatures. These are easy to obtain. When you see someone--whether it be at a school function, sporting event, etc.--ask the person if he/she lives in Forsyth County and is aware of what's taking place. Tell them about our cause and ask them to support us. (This is the perfect time to also mention that contributions are needed.)
Soliciting Contributions. Plain and simple: WE NEED MONEY! Ask anyone and everyone you meet if they are interested in supporting the preservation of our community. Share information with them, let them know that there voice needs to be heard, and ask them to financially support us.

Of course, if you would like to volunteer to help us with other activities, we will certainly welcome any commitment of your time.
